SUNDAY
SPORTBALL MANITOBA
Multi-Sport classes keep children moving and engaged and send them home with new skills from a different sport each class. These well-rounded classes provide an amazing foundation for a lifetime of active living bundling soccer, baseball, basketball, football, hockey, volleyball, golf and tennis into one comprehensive package. That's eight sports per season for one registration!
Date: Sunday, Sept. 15 - December 8, 2024
Age: Various ages beginning at 16 months old to 7 years old

- 9:00 - 9:30 am (for children age 16 months - 24 months old)
- 9:40 - 10:20 am (for children age 2 - 3.5 yrs old)
- 10:25 - 11:20 am (for children age 3.5 - 5 yrs old)
- 11:25am - 12:25pm (for children age 5 - 7 yrs old)

PRE-SCHOOL DANCE
This dance class gives students the opportunity to explore creative body movement through ballet, jazz, and hip hop-based movements, while providing them with a fun, exciting and creative dance environment to learn in. Dancers will learn a performance dance throughout the 10-week program.

This dance class gives dancers a unique combination of everything, exploring skills and choreography in Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, and even Acro dance, all while learning in a fun, exciting and supportive dance environment. Dancers will learn a performance dance throughout the 10-week program.

1) Follow the instructions on the Univerus website to set up a new Client Account here.
2) Click HERE to begin your Account Set-up and choose 'Create Account'. It is helpful to do this well in advance of Registration Day so that you are ready to go once Registration Day rolls around. Remember your user name & password.

2. In-person: Cash, debit or cheque to our Operations Dept located at 2801 Gateway Rd in East St Paul. The Operations Dept is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. (Note: We are closed on Stat Holidays). Cheques can be made out to 'RM of East St Paul' 3. After hours: If you would like to pay after hours, please deposit your cheque into the grey metal drop box outside the front door of 2801 Gateway Rd. Do not leave cash.

KIDS IN THE KITCHEN(Age 6-12)
Get those chef hats on and prepare for some delicious cooking & baking activities! Worksheets will introduce participants to measurements, food handling and kitchen safety. Each week, children will make a delicious meal or snack. All recipes will be provided at the end of the class. Please bring a water bottle.

MARTIAL ARTS- Tukong Martial Arts Special Forces Training
Tukong is special because we incorporate gymnastics in our lessons. This is great for students to develop strength, balance, confidence and conditioning. Stretching, boxing, kicking and patterns included in a one hour, high quality class. Lessons taught by father and two sons with many combined years of experience. Perfect indoor activity for the winter available here in East St. Paul. Register today!
